2024-25 Annual Fund

For the 2024-25 school year, Denver Language School has transitioned to a “One School, One Ask” model. Under “One School, One Ask” the Annual Fund:

• is DLS’ s single most important fundraising effort.

• helps bridge the $500 funding gap between what DLS receives in state and federal support and annual cost of education for one student.

• supports the school’s operating budget, including safe & reliable transportation, student services, and day-to-day operational costs.

• provides funding to the PTO for the Staff Appreciation Fund and community building activities.

• is 100% tax deductible.
   

DLS has a goal of 100% family participation in the Annual Fund, at a level that is meaningful for each family. In the 2023-2024 school year 32% of our families participated in the Annual Fund. Can you help us increase that number this year? The grade with the highest percentage of participation will earn a popsicle party.
